This coffee is a curated selection from 20 producers located within the Sao Paulo and Minas Gerais regions (hence named the 20 Farmer Blend!). The consistency this achieves in the cup is what roasters have come to rely on over the years. The mill in Ouro Fino plays a pivotal role in the quality of coffees that it processes. An agronomist, based out of the mill, spends time on education, guiding the farmers from planting through to harvest and production. The collective increase in quality that this brings to the region helps the farmers from this lot demand and receive
a higher premium for their coffees.
