Juan Cetina is a young producer from the region of Bruselas who is incredibly passionate about innovative processing methods that can maximise the flavour of each of his coffees. He currently has yellow bourbon, Geisha and pink bourbon on his farm. Juan is also an excellent cupper which allows him to better understand the subtle changes each processing method can have on his coffee.
