Yeovany’s farm is located close to the town of a Pitalito, Huila. Yeovany has 4 varietals planted including Geisha, Pink bourbon, F6 and Castillo.

Each cherry is carefully selected then passed through a screen to remove any small cherries, before being pulped and fermented for 36 hours. Once fermentation is done, coffee is washed and placed on raised beds to dry. Yeovani’s passionate about producing the cleanest, sweetest coffee possible.
