This one forms part of our winter signature drink menu. A blend of Brazil Cachoeira Natural layered with a Colombian co-fermented Bourbon which has been processed with dried strawberry and wine yeast. 

It's a wild ride of jammy, and unapologetically dessert-like flavours. Best served as a milk based coffee.
